A Note About Sliding Scale Fees:  A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are reserved for clients who would otherwise have difficulty accessing therapy. Sliding-scale availability is limited to approximately 15% of the practice's weekly appointment capacity. Sliding-scale appointments are limited and are offered based on availability. Clients receiving a reduced fee may be asked to provide general income information to determine eligibility. Sliding-scale rates are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on changes in household income or practice availability. Please note: A reduced-fee appointment is not guaranteed and is dependent upon available sliding-scale openings.
